Our team of eating disorder psychologists aim to help you improve your body image & relationship with food

Our registered eating disorder psychologists use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Eating disorders (CBT-E) which has been found by research (*Ost et al., 2024) to be an effective evidence-based treatment.

We're part of a tertiary college that teaches postgradute degrees in psychology

So our Psychologists have the most up to date training in evidence-based CBT for Eating Disorders treatment (CBT-E).

Our senior lecturers who teach CBT-E to our Masters of Clinical Psychology students also practice and supervise in our ISN Clinic.
